Please contact with the details of the items you wish to purchase and a quote will be provided for delivery costs. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. On agreement of the price quoted, an Invoice will be sent with total cost for goods and delivery which must be paid prior to posting of the goods. Payment is by PayPal, paid through the Invoice.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by Bead Crazy notifying the Buyer that the Goods are available for delivery to such place and on such terms as agreed between Bead Crazy and the Buyer at the time the order is placed.

We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 days of the order being placed and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Bead Crazy shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Bead Crazy shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Some Goods may not be in stock at the time the order is placed. In the event that Bead Crazy is unable to deliver the Goods within the time specified in the above clause, we will contact the Buyer to advise of the situation and the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund or agree a later delivery date.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

Returns

Simply ensure products are unused and in original packaging and return them to us with a copy of your invoice within 7 days. To ensure safe return, please ensure that products are wrapped in a manner that will keep them from harm and return them via your local post office. When we get the goods back in good condition, we’ll credit you and let you know.

 

Food Imitations (Safety) Regulations

Beads resembling sweets, cakes and food types, may only be sold to our customers on the understanding that they will be made into jewellery products for re-sale. the individual beads must not be re-sold, by you, to non-commercial (private) buyers as they do present a potential choking hazard and do not comply with food imitations regulations.
